Information concerning the current agreement with Inchelium Public School Employees:

Bargaining has begun on the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the 2020-21 School Year in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding.  The COVID-19 Pandemic caused a change in working conditions and therefore a purpose in bargaining working conditions. Bargaining Session #1 - December 3, 2020 - During this bargaining session the district and bargaining unit discussed outcomes for the memorandum.

During the 2019-20 School year the Public School Employees of Inchelium M&O and Public School Employees of Washington Inchelium Chapter (Para Educators) voted to combine bargaining agreements.  When the final bargaining agreement is approved by the School Board and ratified by the bargaining unit, then a link to the agreement will replace this paragraph.
